Using this website
This website is provided by Empire Towing Transportation for information about our towing and roadside assistance services. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information is general, not a quote
Descriptions, service lists and any example figures on this site are general information. They are not an offer, a binding quote, or an agreement to perform work. Pricing for a specific job is confirmed with you by phone or message before we dispatch.
Service terms
The terms of any actual towing, recovery, transport or roadside job, including the price, scope and any conditions, are those we agree with you for that job. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement.
Roadside and recovery risk
Vehicles that are damaged, stuck, or immobilised can be difficult to move. Recovery and winching always carry some risk of further damage. We use appropriate equipment and techniques, and we will tell you about any specific concern before work begins.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services such as mapping and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time.
